TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. SCOPE
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Zinkbox online shop.

2. CONTRACT
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
By completing the ordering process and submitting the order using the designated order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the products contained in the shopping cart.
After the order has been submitted, the customer receives an electronic confirmation of receipt. This confirmation documents that the order has been received. A purchase contract is concluded when the order is accepted by Zinkbox or when the ordered goods are dispatched, whichever occurs first.
3. PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
Many Zinkbox products are produced individually after an order has been placed. Production and fulfilment may be carried out by specialized production partners on behalf of Zinkbox.
Minor differences in colour, positioning or appearance may occur due to the production process or differences in screen display, provided that such differences are reasonable and do not constitute a defect.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices displayed in the online shop are final prices.
In accordance with the small-business regulation pursuant to Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), VAT is not charged or separately shown.
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the product price. The applicable shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the customer submits the order.
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.
5. DELIVERY
Delivery is made to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process.
Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product and destination. Any estimated delivery times displayed in the online shop or during checkout are non-binding estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.

6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal.
Details regarding the right of withdrawal, the withdrawal period, return shipping costs and the model withdrawal form are provided in our Withdrawal Policy.
The statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal apply. In particular, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods that are not prefabricated and are manufactured according to the consumer's individual specifications or are clearly personalized.
The fact that a standard Zinkbox product is produced or printed only after an order is placed does not, by itself, exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.
7. DEFECTS AND STATUTORY WARRANTY RIGHTS
The statutory warranty rights under German law apply.
If an item is delivered damaged, defective or incorrect, customers should contact Zinkbox using the contact details provided in the online shop so that the matter can be resolved.
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the designs, illustrations, graphics, photographs, texts and other content created by Zinkbox are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Such content may not be reproduced, distributed, modified or used commercially without prior permission, except where permitted by law.
9. LIABILITY
Zinkbox is liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence and where liability is mandatory by law.
In cases of slight negligence, Zinkbox is liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations only to the extent of foreseeable damage typical for the contract.
Statutory liability for injury to life, body or health, under applicable product liability law, and other mandatory statutory liability remain unaffected.
10. GOVERNING LAW
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the country of their habitual residence.
